Diversity & Inclusion Education

A key to improving communication, increasing team productivity, creating an inclusive environment, and minimizing interpersonal conflict is through Intercultural Competence education. We do this several ways —

o   Baseline cultural audit and analysis so that you can show benchmark change

o   Comprehensive strategic plan development that is achievable and nimble

o   Sophisticated series of learning experiences that fit your environment to develop intercultural competencies and leadership skills. We use tools such as the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Clifton StrengthsFinder for individual and team leadership development.

o   Action plans to implement for an authentic culture change and inclusive impact


Facilitate Difficult Conversations

Is your organization or community experiencing tension around changes and issues? It’s difficult to have an insider facilitate a needed conversation. We can help you facilitate a single or series of conversations that will help you move to a productive group that can work with differences. We do this several ways —
