Naomi Ludeman
Naomi Ludeman’s colleagues and clients describe her as a professional with a keen and creative ability to listen and then deliver relevant training and coaching programs. She customizes training to meet unique settings and goals while offering her 30plus years of research and experience to pursue measurable impact.
Committed to incorporating intercultural learning with leadership development, Naomi has worked with an range of organizations and levels of employees. She has coached and trained executives and mid-level managers, rural and agricultural innovators and leaders, higher education customer service specialists, faith-leaders serving in urban and suburban settings, non-profit community development stakeholders, entrepreneurial professionals, and regional leaders in Amman, Jordan and Cherkassy, Ukraine.
Ludeman’s personal vision statement is to have an impact for peace and to be a champion for the human dignity of all people.
Most recently Naomi designed and administered a Bush Foundation grant-based program for the non-profit Aberdeen Area Diversity Coalition in Aberdeen, S.D.. The result? Community leaders implemented employer-based health services, home finance education for a diverse demographic, theatre performances, a community listening series,and the resurrection of a workplace diversity committee—all to positively respond to the demographic changes in the community.

Michael Carter
Michael D. Carter is a partnering trainer and consultant to Impact Leadership Consulting Group. He also is the founder and CEO of Intercultural Competence Edge, Inc. a Minneapolis based Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion firm that focuses on delivering high-quality intercultural competence education. Michael teaches that once we shift our mindsets to a more interculturally competent orientation, we allow diversity, equity, and inclusion to flourish within our organization. His main responsibility is to collaborate with organizations as they begin their diversity, equity and inclusion journey and match them with the right educational partner. Michael is also an experienced facilitator of intercultural competence training and teaches frequently.
Michael has been involved in diversity and inclusion work for over 30 years. Prior to starting Intercultural Competence Edge, Michael spent 25 years at the 3M Company. While at 3M, he headed the 3M Industrial Sector’s largest initiative to increase the organization’s intercultural competence through educational workshops. He has also served on many corporate diversity steering committees, task forces and employee affinity groups. In April 2016, he received the President’s Circle Award for his contributions to the 3M Company’s African American Network.

Amy Rausch
Amy Rausch is a partner trainer and consultant to Impact Leadership Consulting Group. Helping others navigate cultural differences is Amy’s passion. She brings a unique combination of 25 years in corporate US America, 8 years in the intercultural field, plus experience living abroad. With customized training and coaching, Amy provides relocation clients with tools and strategies to help them build intentional practices aimed toward the development of intercultural competence.
Working with several Fortune 500 companies, and across many industries, as well as non-profits, Amy facilitates interactive workshops that leave participates energized and focused. The results being new behaviors and skills for effective communication, less conflict, and more authentic and productive relationships.
Amy has served as treasurer on the national board of directors for the Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR-USA), and the planning committee for the local SIETAR MN group. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI), was a fellow with the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication (SIIC), and certified through the Interchange Institute for Crossing Cultures with Competence.
